Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by User

A User cannot cancel the order once it is placed. Cancellation will only be allowed under the following exceptional circumstances;

  1. Incorrect Order. If a User places an order that is incorrect, either in terms of the size, color, or style of the clothing, Krayyaa shall accept their cancellation request and create a replacement product order. The difference amount between the originally delivered product and replacement product (if any) shall be borne by the User; and
     

  2. Shipping Delays. If a User’s order is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather or carrier delays, Krayyaa shall consider accepting their cancellation request, especially if they need the clothing for a specific event.

All requests for cancellation must be communicated by User to Krayyaa through Customer Support. Our Customer Support is only available via chat and be reached out from the Support page. Due to the heavy influx of product and service related queries please allow us up to 24 hours to respond to your queries.

Cancellation Fees

A processing fees of 2.9% (of the order value) + 3 cents shall be applicable on cancellation of Orders. . Krayyaa reserves all the rights to either approve or reject the cancellation of the Order.

Please be aware that sometimes we may be unable to approve your Order and must cancel it. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Order for any reason, at our sole discretion. Limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, and issues identified by our credit and fraud evasion department are instances in which your Order may be canceled. Before approving any Order, we may also require additional verifications or details. If any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to approve your order, we will contact you. If your order is canceled after your credit card has already been charged, the amount will be refunded to your account.

Until the product ordered by you has been shipped, your offer will not be deemed accepted, and  Krayyaa reserves the right to either contact you for instructions using the e-mail address you provided during registration, or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. In the event that Krayyaa accepts your order, your credit card will be charged and you will be notified by email that the payment has been processed. The payment may be processed prior to Krayyaa shipment of the specified product. If we must rescind the order after the payment has been processed, the amount will be refunded to your credit card account. Refunds can take up to 2 weeks to be processed to your credit card accounts.

Wash and Care. Sometimes the color of the product also changes upon wash or dry-clean. This is a natural process in dyed apparels and color is bound to change slightly after wash or dry-clean. Users are highly recommended to strictly follow the wash and care instructions provided on each product for product’s longevity and best results.

8. Payment Method

We currently do not accept any “Cash on delivery” orders and all orders are to be paid in advance using credit cards. 


Credit Card Information. You agree, understand, and confirm that the credit card details provided by you for availing of services on Krayyaa will be correct and accurate, and that you shall not use a credit card that is not lawfully yours, i.e. you must use your own credit card for credit card transactions. You further agree and agree to provide valid and correct credit card information when making a payment on Krayyaa. Your credit card information is never transmitted to Krayyaa; we only receive a pass, hold, or fail notification from our payment gateways. Our payment gateways and Krayyaa will not use or share this information with any third parties unless required for fraud verifications or by law, regulation, or court order. Krayyaa has no liability for credit card fraud. You are solely responsible for proving that an unauthorized transaction was not made using your credit card; the burden of proof rests entirely with you.


No Chargebacks. By accepting this Agreement, you agree that you will not file a chargeback with your credit card issuer for any charges made to your credit card in connection with this Agreement. You understand that chargebacks are a last resort and should only be used in cases of fraud or unauthorized charges. If you have any disputes with the charges made to your credit card, you agree to contact us directly to resolve the issue. We will work with you in good faith to resolve any disputes, but we are not responsible for any chargebacks that are filed against us.
 

9. Electronic Communications 

When you use the Website or send emails or other data, information, or communication to the Company, you agree and understand that you are communicating with the website and the Company, by means of legally enforceable electronic records, and you consent to receive communications via electronic records from the website and the Company, as and when posted, communicated, or otherwise made available. We may also send you marketing emails, newsletter updates, ongoing offers, and information on new product launches when you provide us your express consent. You may choose to unsubscribe this information by choosing the “unsubscribe”  option from your mailbox or by contacting our Customer Support from the Customer Support chat page. 


Service of Notice. The registration data (collected when creating a User Account) and Email address or your account details of the third party website through which you register with the Website will be considered Your "designated electronic address," and the Company, Website, other registered Users, third parties, and law enforcement agencies will communicate with you at your designated electronic address, which will be considered adequate service of notice / electronic record.
 

10. Conditions for Customer Support Chat

Customer Service Outage. Krayyaa may suspend Krayyaa chat support service at any time without notice. Krayyaa or its executives are not responsible for any delay caused in attending to or replying to the queries via chat. 


Saved Chats. Any chat conversation may be stored by Krayyaa for its own reference; the User would not have access to this information in the future. While conversing, you may not post objectionable content, such as illegal, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or obscene content. The chat page/room will not be utilized for product sales, business opportunity advice, or any other form of solicitation. You may proceed further, and chat with our online customer care executive only if you agree to the above terms and conditions.

11. Use Restrictions. 

This website may not be used for distributing content that is illegal, harassing, defamatory, abusive, menacing, harmful, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;  (ii) Transmitting content that encourages behavior that comprises a criminal offense, results in civil liability, or otherwise violates any applicable laws, regulations, or codes of practice is prohibited; (iii) Obtaining unauthorized access to the computer systems of others; and (iv) Interfering with the use or enjoyment of the Site by any other user

12. General Terms. 

The provisions under these Terms shall not be construed as creating a partnership or agency between You and Krayyaa, and neither You nor Krayyaa shall have the authority to bind the other in any way. The Company shall provide all services as an independent contractor and on a principal-to-principal basis; 


If any provision under these Terms are determined to be invalid, void, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions; 


This Agreement sets forth the entire understanding and agreement between You and Krayyaa with respect to the subject matter hereof; and 


Krayyaa may convey its rights and obligations under this Agreement, assign this Agreement, or novate this Agreement at its sole discretion and without your prior express consent. However, Krayyaa will make reasonable efforts and, if possible, notify you in advance of any such acts.

Krayyaa may modify these Terms at any time and without prior notice. You can always access the most recent version of these Terms on this website. You should routinely review these Terms. If the revised Terms and Conditions are not acceptable to you, you must cease using the service and accessing Krayyaa website. GLOBAL CANCELLATION, RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

  • Order Cancellations0 

Krayyaa has a no-cancellation policy. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. This policy applies to all products, including ready-to-ship, made-to-order, and customized items. As many of our pieces are thoughtfully prepared or handcrafted specifically for each order, our team and skilled craftsmen begin work soon after an order is confirmed. We therefore kindly request customers to carefully review product details, sizing information, and delivery timelines before placing an order. 
 

All orders placed via Krayyaa Website are pre-paid orders. We do not offer cash on delivery. 

  • Company initiated cancellations only 

We reserve the right to cancel an order at our sole discretion in certain circumstances, including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing or listing inaccuracies, payment-related issues, incorrect or incomplete shipping information, or events beyond our reasonable control. In the event that an order is cancelled by us, a full refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-14 days from when we cancel your order placed with us. 

  • Returns and Refunds 

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges except where required under applicable laws. 


Other than Company initiated cancellation, refunds or replacements will be considered only in the following cases and subject to the following conditions being met; 

 

  • Where the product received is defective, damaged, or you have received an incorrect product, and 

 

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery. 

Conditions of Return 

  • We only accept your return request when you provide us a clear, continuous unboxing video as proof. This condition applies site-wide for all purchases you make through Krayyaa. We highly recommend that you make an unboxing video when you receive the delivery and open the packaging. Kindly use the unboxing video guidelines provided below.

 
 Unboxing Video Guidelines 


 We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video at the time of delivery. The video must: 

  • be a single, continuous recording with no cuts or edits,

  • clearly show the sealed package and shipping label before opening

  • capture the entire opening process, 

 

  • clearly display the product and any issue from multiple angles, 

 

  • include all original packaging, and be recorded immediately upon delivery, 

 

  • in good lighting. 


In exceptional cases, Krayyaa may, at its discretion, request additional evidence. 

FAILURE TO PROVIDE A CLEAR AND COMPLETE UNBOXING VIDEO MAY IMPACT ELIGIBILITY FOR A RETURN, EXCHANGE, OR REFUND.

  • The product must be unused, unaltered, and in its original condition unless the defect itself prevents this. 

 

All claims are subject to internal verification and approval. Only on our quality team’s approval, we shall process the returns for your products. 

  • Returns & Exchange 

If a customer receives an incorrect or faulty product and has met all the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy, Krayyaa will offer the customer the option of either; 

 

  •  a 100% refund to the original method of payment, or 

 

  • an exchange subject to availability and the customer’s confirmation.


Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after successful verification and completion of reverse pickup, where applicable. 
 

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence, including

  • United States & Canada: Consumer rights primarily apply in cases of defective, misrepresented, or damaged goods. Change-of-mind returns are not mandatory unless explicitly offered by the seller. Krayyaa only offers returns and exchanges in terms of this policy.

 

  • United Kingdom: Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, customers are entitled to remedies if goods are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose. Customized or made-to-order items are exempt from change-of-mind returns. 

 

  • Australia & New Zealand: Consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and New Zealand’s Consumer Guarantees Act apply to faulty, unsafe, or misdescribed goods. These laws do not require refunds for change of mind. 

 

  • Middle East (including UAE and GCC countries: Consumer protection laws provide remedies for defective or misrepresented goods. Returns for personal preference or change of mind are not mandatory unless stated by the seller. 

 

  • India: Under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, consumers are entitled to remedies where goods are defective, deficient, or not as described. Sellers are not required to accept returns for change of mind unless such returns are expressly offered. Krayyaa processes returns and exchanges strictly and only
